Un viaggio senza destinazione, ovvero la destinazione è il mezzo stesso. Tutti noi abbiamo provato (o avremmo voluto provare) l'ebbrezza di viaggiare in first class. Capita spesso che il mezzo con cui si viaggi giustifichi il fatto stesso di viaggiare.
Se qualcuno t'invita a fare un giro al largo (del mare) con una imbarcazione Riva, sarà un viaggio emozionante ma non tanto per il largo marino ma per il fatto di trovarsi a bordo di una leggenda del design marittimo. Le lussuose finiture e gli arredi renderanno un breve viaggio una esperienza quasi onirica. Nel segno del design sportivo e dell'emozione, abbiamo sviluppato un concepì dedicato ai mezzi di locomozione, che vorremmo fosse definito “Luxury Sport”. Dimmi come viaggi e ti dirò chi sei…
Trasformare gli abitacoli in abitazioni, elementi finora contenuti in uno spazio ridottissimo, ora vivono in grandi spazi consacrati al comfort e alla dinamica, ciò che prima emozionava per il tempo di un viaggio, adesso può essere nella quotidianità.
Quasi come viaggiare da una stanza all'altra piuttosto che nello spazio planetario, al punto che abbiamo comunque inserito i 5 continenti da percorrere scalzi, su morbidi e modernissimi tappeti di seta. Anche le bandiere hanno assunto il ruolo simbolico del cambiamento, sempre in forma di tappeto.

Abbiamo trasfigurato elementi tipici di imbarcazioni, come gli oblò, le stringhe, gli acciai, i legni, le laccature.
Abbiamo creato delle camere da letto che ricordano, dimore galleggianti, salotti e camere da letto a “prua”, e a “poppa” corredi siglati col nome di barche immaginarie. I pesci saranno ovunque, anche sull'home textile.
Anche le valigie diventano elementi modulari che si prestano alla costruzione di u intero salotto, quasi a simulare una lussuosa lunge d'attesa.
Altri elementi sono ispirati al modo delle automobili di lusso:i pneumatici extra large, le lamiere, gli acciai, le pelli raffinate delle tappezzerie, le cuciture particolari dei sedili, gli elementi meccanici e in generale l'immaginario pirelliano di DONNE E MOTORI.

Un lusso dichiarato, senza caricature, orientato al comfort e ad una divertente sobrietà.

 

A voyage without destination, or rather the destination is the vehicle itself. All of us have tried (or would have liked to try) the exhilaration of travelling first class. It often happens that the vehicle on which we travel justifies the very fact of travelling. If someone invites you for a ride out to sea on a Riva vessel, it would be a thrilling experience not so much for being out to sea but for the fact of being aboard a legend of marine design. The luxurious appearance and the furnishings will make a brief trip into an experience which is almost oneiric.
Inspired by sporting design and emotion, we have developed a concept dedicated to means of locomotion, which we would like to define as “Luxury Sport”. Tell me how you travel and I will tell you who you are……
Transforming cockpits into homes, elements up until now contained in a very small space, now live in large spaces consecrated towards comfort and dynamics, what before created emotion for the duration of a voyage can now be experienced on a day to day basis.
Almost like travelling from one room to another rather than interplanetary space, to the point that we have inserted the 5 continents to walk through bare foot, on soft and very modern silk carpets. Even the flags have assumed the symbolic role of change, always in the form of a carpet.

We have transfigured elements which are typical of boats, such as the portholes, the strings, the steel, the wood, the lacquers. We have created bedrooms which resemble floating dwellings, lounge rooms and bedrooms in the “bow” and in the “stern” initialled with the name of imaginary boats. The fish will be everywhere, even on home textile. Even the suitcases become modular elements which lend themselves to the construction of an entire living room, almost simulating a luxurious waiting room.
Other elements are inspired from the world of luxury automobiles: the extra large tyres, the steel sheet plates, the refined leathers of the upholstery, the particular stitching on the seats, the mechanical elements and in general the imaginary aura of WOMEN AND CARS.

A declared luxury without caricatures, oriented towards comfort and an entertaining sobriety.
